kisda: keep it simple, dumb-ass

Why do you go to work in the morning? To make money. Us, too. That's why we're here. But, we're also on a bit of a holy quest. See, the world around us is falling apart, degenerating into a heaving pile of overwrought junk. Does your toaster need to have a microchip in it? Does your TV remote have to have so many $%#@&ing buttons? Complexity is creeping into everything because designers are getting lazy. Rather than design something that works right, they just throw technology at it and force the user to adapt.

That's just wrong. At Shiny Monkey we pride ourselves on providing simple, elegant solutions to design problems. As a multi-functional bunch of guys, we can provide opportunities that other design groups would never be able to do.

Are we revolutionary? Probably not. But we're smart, and we're good at what we do, and we believe in doing things the right way. We're flexible with projects, but we don't bend much on the results. We like logic. We like simplicity. We like for form to follow function. And we love you, because you are still reading this. A lot of people didn't make it through those last couple sentences. That's your advantage.

And yes, we know it's hard to give somebody money for advice, but lets face it, there are a lot of people out there willing to give you advice. Some charge, some don't, but most of it's bad. That's where we come in. We guarantee good advice and clean logical designs, whether it be for your web site or for print media or for the coolest dog house ever.
